Enrollment & Registration
Welcome to UMI's Enrollment & Registration Page.

This page provides admitted students with access to UMI's Registration Form. The Registration Form will guide you through the remaining steps of the enrollment process, including completing your Enrollment Agreement, selecting your tuition payment option, submitting required documents, and paying any applicable enrollment fees.
Complete Your Registration Form
Before beginning, please have the following information and documents available:
 
  • Enrollment Agreement: a copy of the fully executed Enrollment Agreement signed and approved by UMI's representatives.
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • Social Security Card
  • Payment and financing information (if applicable)
 
The Registration Form will first verify your application record and confirm your eligibility to continue with enrollment. It will then guide you through each remaining step of the enrollment process, including completing your Enrollment Agreement, selecting your tuition payment option, uploading required documents, and submitting your registration.
