Program Application
The Program Application is Step 2 of the UMI admissions process.
Before submitting a Program Application, applicants must first complete the UMI Information Session (Step 1). During the Information Session, you learn about UMI's Diagnostic Medical Sonography programs, admissions requirements, clinical education, tuition, and the enrollment process.

Applicants who have completed the Information Session may proceed with the Program Application below. Those who have not yet completed the Information Session should begin by registering for the UMI Information Session.
Admissions Process
  1. Complete the UMI Information Session
  2. Submit your Program Application
  3. Complete entrance requirements (SLE Entrance Exam – Associate Degree applicants)
  4. Complete your Enrollment Agreement, tuition selection, and enrollment documents
  5. Attend New Student Orientation
  6. Begin your program
